Q2: What is the lead time?
A2: The lead time is 20-30 days after receiving 30% deposit payment.

Q3: What sizes of mattresses do you carry? Do you make customized sizes?
A3: We can carry any size of mattress as you required.

Q4: Could you provide customized products? Can you put our logo on the mattress?

Q5: How is your quality control?
A5: Quality is always our priority. We put the extreme attention and focus on our quality control, so as to assure you of the product with best quality. Strict standard and inspection work through the production process, and after-sales service is guaranteed.

Q6: How is your packing for overseas purchasing?
A6: There are three main packing way, more requirements from you are acceptable.
     1,  Flat vacuum compression: vacuum compressed in PE bag, and packed into wooden pallet
     2, Roll-packing: vacuum compressed and rolled in PE bag, and packed into carton or plastic bagc.
     3, Non-compressed packing: PE bag + craft paper,This way normally for Asia countries for some project or our domestic market.

Q7: How do you provide samples?
A7: Samples are available and to be negotiated. Shipping charge is paid by clients.

Q8: What is your MOQ?
A8: To help customer make low risk for new business ,our MOQ for first time  is 10 pcs for one design .
